However, Freaky Ice is a United States-based entity. By choosing to access our platforms or procure our products, you explicitly consent to the immediate export, transfer, and processing of your personal data on servers located outside your sovereign jurisdiction, primarily within the United States.

2. LAWFUL BASIS FOR INTERCEPTION

We do not process your data casually. Every localized point of extraction is backed by inflexible lawful bases:

Informed Consent: Your proactive submission to our waitlists, newsletter deployments, and non-essential cookie matrices.
Contractual Necessity: The uncompromising logic required to parse your payment, orchestrate logistics, and finalize delivery of your orders.
