1. GEOGRAPHIC JURISDICTION & DATA SOVEREIGNTY

If you are situated within the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are granted specific statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). However, Freaky Ice is a United States-based entity. By choosing to access our platforms or procure our products, you explicitly consent to the immediate export, transfer, and processing of your personal data on servers located outside your sovereign jurisdiction, primarily within the United States.

2. LAWFUL BASIS FOR INTERCEPTION

We do not process your data casually. Every localized point of extraction is backed by inflexible lawful bases:

  • Informed Consent: Your proactive submission to our waitlists, newsletter deployments, and non-essential cookie matrices.
  • Contractual Necessity: The uncompromising logic required to parse your payment, orchestrate logistics, and finalize delivery of your orders.
  • Legal Imperative: The absolute requirement to process Age-Gate demographics to prevent federal and international law violations regarding the distribution of controlled alcoholic substances.
  • Legitimate Brand Interest: Our right to deploy anti-fraud algorithms, throttle scraping attacks, and optimize our digital conversion funnels.

3. SURRENDER OF YOUR RIGHTS

If you fall under GDPR jurisdiction, you may wield the following weapons regarding your data footprint:

  • The Right to Interrogate: Demand a complete export of the data we have stockpiled on you.
  • The Right to Rectify: Command us to fix corrupted or inaccurate personal information.
  • The Right to Annihilate ("Right to be Forgotten"): Demand the deletion of your records. CRITICAL CAVEAT: We will categorically deny erasure requests if retaining your data is legally mandated to prove age-verification compliance, defend against chargeback fraud, or satisfy active law enforcement subpoenas.
  • The Right to Halt: Block us from utilizing your data for behavioral analytics or localized advertising.

4. EXECUTING A DATA STRIKE

To activate any of the aforementioned rights, transmit a formal request to privacy@freakyice.com.
We reserve the statutory maximum of thirty (30) days to respond. If we suspect your request is fraudulent or an attempt at social engineering, we will demand rigorous cryptographic proof of identity before complying.
