1. ALCOHOLIC CONSUMABLES: ZERO-RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE.

By completing your purchase on FreakyIce.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree that, in accordance with overriding federal and state regulations governing the shipment and receipt of alcoholic beverages, Freaky Ice categorically prohibits the return, exchange, or rejection of any consumable product under any circumstance. Once a shipment of alcohol transfers to our carrier, the transaction is absolute and binding.

Refusal of Delivery: If a delivery is refused by the recipient, or returned to our facility due to an inability to obtain the required Adult Signature (21+) after multiple courier attempts, the purchaser unconditionally forfeits the right to any refund. A substantial restocking and reshipping fee of $45.00 USD will be charged to the original payment method for any re-delivery attempts.
Spoilage or Defect: In the exceedingly rare event that a consumable product arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or defectively sealed, you must submit photographic evidence to team@freakyice.com within forty-eight (48) hours of the carrier's delivery timestamp. Upon verified internal review, Freaky Ice reserves the sole and exclusive right to issue a replacement shipment or a pro-rated credit. Cash refunds are strictly disallowed.

2. VIP MERCHANDISE & APPAREL RETURNS

Unlike our consumable matrices, non-consumable merchandise (e.g., hoodies, tees, hats, and hard goods) is eligible for return or exchange strictly within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, subject to the following ruthless conditions:

The item must be in entirely unworn, unwashed, and immaculate condition, retaining all original tags and tactical packaging. Any trace of wear, odor, or alteration will result in immediate rejection of the claim and the item will be destroyed without compensation.
The customer bears absolute financial responsibility for all return shipping costs, duties, and tracking liabilities until the parcel is physically received and authenticated by our warehouse operations.
Original shipping charges are unequivocally non-refundable.

3. FRAUD & CHARGEBACK LIABILITY

Freaky Ice pursues all instances of fraudulent chargebacks with maximum legal prejudice. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution for a valid, delivered purchase, we will immediately surrender all transaction data, IP logs, geolocation tracking, and Adult Signature verification documents to our collection agencies and legal representatives to aggressively recover the funds, plus all associated legal and administrative recovery fees.
